ITA  Il progetto di ristrutturazione prevede la suddivisione di un unico appartamento, sito nel centro storico i Catanzaro, in due unità abitative indipendenti. Ci si è concentrati sulla ridistribuzione degli spazi interni, massimizzando le aree utili, e sul restyling completo dell'arredo, utilizzando materiali ed elementi fortemente caratterizzanti.

ENG  The renovation project involves the subdivision of a single apartment, located in the historic center of the Catanzaro, into two independent housing units. We concentrated on the redistribution of the interior spaces, maximizing the useful areas, and on the complete restyling of the furniture, using highly characterizing materials and elements.
